**The only one in Mexico**

# **EASA AR100: the only certification of its kind in Mexico — and what it means for your motor.**

It is not a plaque for the wall. It is proof that your medium-voltage motor leaves here with a documented test protocol that an uncertified shop simply does not run.

## **What AR100 means for your motor**

### **Tests that actually get run**

Polarization index (PI), phase-to-phase surge comparison, high-potential (hipot) and core loss testing. With real measurement equipment, not a "visual inspection". Every motor leaves with measured results, not just a sign-off.

### **Exact winding duplication**

The conductor cross-section equals or exceeds the original, and the pattern, pitch and gauge are documented before disassembly. The motor recovers — or improves on — its factory thermal performance, instead of being left "equivalent" but unverified.

### **As-found / as-left documentation**

We deliver a before/after test report and a certificate of conformance. When you present the motor to your plant manager again, you have data that explains what failed and what was corrected — not just "it's done".

## **What we do vs what an uncertified shop leaves out**

The difference is not visible in the quote. It is visible in whether the motor fails again.

### **Under EASA AR100 (us)**

- Documented phase-to-phase surge comparison test
- Temperature-controlled winding burn-off
- Conductor cross-section ≥ original, verified
- As-found / as-left test report delivered
- VPI with a thermally compatible resin class

### **Uncertified shop (typical)**

- Megger test and a "visual inspection"
- Uncontrolled burn-off that degrades the interlaminar insulation
- "Equivalent" gauge, unverified
- No report: no one knows why it failed
- Generic dip varnish

## **This is not theory: see it on real motors**

Medium-voltage motors from leading plants in Mexico repaired under this protocol: brand, power, voltage, diagnosed fault and turnaround time documented.
